Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an OSHA general industry safety and health 30-hour course completion card from the Department of Labor. Note: This online course has been reviewed and accepted by OSHA for online distribution. |

| End of Course Instructions | You must fill out the survey at the end of the course in order

mandated course survey within three (3) months of completion, you
cannot be issued a OSHA DOL card. If the 3 months has elapsed, you will
be
required to purchase the course again and retake the course from the
beginning.
