Jerald Wright, Jr. brings 40 years of industrial experience to DNV that allows him to understand and respond to actual situations that are encountered in today’s environment.

He has served in a variety of roles including Quality Manager, Supervisor, and Trainer for a fortune 100 company.

For the past 15 years he has utilized the Modern Safety Management course and the International Safety Rating System audit protocol as the foundation for creating change in manufacturing facilities, office environments, and corporate cultures.

As the Safety Leader for a multi-facility sector, Jerald lead the sector’s transition to a controlled organization that achieved world class results in total loss control and was recognized by OSHA through the VPP STAR Process in many of the facilities.

Jerald has worked with steel, pharmaceutical, mining, manufacturing, and other types of organizations to foster a culture or change and loss control. 

This balance of knowledge and experience gives Jerald the creditability and ability to present the information in an effective and meaningful format.

Jerald currently is president of Essential Safety System, Ltd and a Senior Principle Trainer/Assessor with DNV.
